I DECLARE THAT I AM, 'BLESSED AND HIGHLY FAVORED'! A Dear Price was paid for our ransom from darkness. Calvary was love, and yet the world hated 'Him'. So my question is; will not the world hate us too? I have found that this poem's declaration offends some. I wonder...Why? (Jhn 15:18-20) Pressing-on.

If I were not an ex-whore I could understand... If I were not an ex-adulterer I could understand... If I were not an ex-fornicator I could understand... If I were not an ex-murderer of the unborn I could understand... If I were not an ex- hippocrite and thief I could understand... If I were not an ex-liar and cheat I could understand And if... knowing how some resent the prosperity of others...I were rich monetarily and materially...sitting in the lap of luxury I could understand But...seeing as how I am poor and destitute... just coming out of homelessness and...seeing that I have been delivered from the bonds of my once deliberate sinful existence and do now... by the Love and Power of Almighty God... walk in my Rich Inheritance as a child of the King of Kings who has become a member of a Royal Priesthood ...now filled with the Truth of His Word... I Do Not Understand the marked resentment of my statement! The Word of God itself, tells us that... we are 'Blessed and Highly Favored' so... without any reservations at all... I claim it! Please understand, this is not about me... this is about Jesus and His Mercy...and His Grace and I will not be silent! For, having been... forgiven...of so much ...I Love Much! My Declaration is a laud to my Blessed Redeemer...a grateful boast as to His Love, His Kindness, His Compassion... extended to an unworthy wretch such as I Thus, I pray you...try...to comprehend...why...
