Pride moves stealthy…silently but purposely – ‘knitting’ itself to us and we are not even aware of its presence until our actions have led us to destroy ourselves and others. We can come to the point where ‘our’ desire for our lives, far outweigh God’s desire for our lives. I am often reminded of the prophet Jeremiah whose greatest victory was his victory of ‘humility’.
