We are, first and foremost, human and our Redeemer knows this (Heb 4:15). So, while we acknowledge that GOD IS, indeed, The Creator, Keeper and Righteous Judge… do remember; He does not sit aloof and condemn… He Is, over all… Our Friend! Amen.

You have never let us stray too far Often reminding us…Who You Are Warning…to keep our eyes on Thee *You point to those ‘Gifts’* of Calvary ‘Mercy and Grace’ our leaning posts Purchased… for all the human hosts Never hesitating to patiently correct We persevere only because You elect What Love…You have always shown Surpassing every we’ve have known You’re constant…if we’re high or low Dear God Thank You, we Love You So For regardless the ‘broad road’ trend We have found You Are…Our Friend! In the Islamic tradition, God has ninety-nine names, one of which is "The Friend", and appropriately so, as you have so well described here. Lovely.
