Here is another post in ‘His Inspirations’ Expressions of Love Series. As always, it's from the internet and it ‘touched’ me w-a-ay down deep on the inside. By that I mean, tears were brimming when I viewed this video.
A father had been in jail a long time. But he tried his best to stay in touch with his son via phone… encouraging him and helping him with his homework. That was all the 12-year-old had…this was the ‘Love Relationship’ between father and son. How much did it mean to him? All the world, but…there’s nothing like the real thing, is there?
Well, a few days before Father's Day, without the son’s knowledge, the father was released and as the boy walked to what he thought was a scheduled meeting with his mom…there stood his father, in the flesh! When you look at this video I don’t think I have to say anything else. For, the deep emotional feelings captured in this scene, certainly fully emblazons a most beautiful…Expression of Love!

So touching and so well-expressed of a child growing up, missing his father in action. No matter what the dad has done, both are deserving of love from each other. There is always a bond between a father and a son and nothing can replace that special bond.
I guess it's the ultimate expression of love when a father is imprisoned and can't physically be there as a role model for his son. Like those tearful reunions when soldiers come back from the Middle East to surprise their kids, this scene is precious.
I am so glad the prison allowed the father to keep in touch with his son by telephone.
