We are all faced with mood changes. It is part of our DNA and part of our flee or fight mentality when we are faced with any kind of threat.

Just yesterday, my partner, flew into anger when she saw that her credit card that she used to make two donations were doubled when she saw them at her bank. I couldn't console her, but I asked her to call the charities and ask how much they charged in each case and if they doubled it, to drop one. Instead, she called the bank. Fortunately, because this was an urgent matter and it was a business account, she got someone on the phone quite quickly.

What happened was she saw the charges on her credit card and then the same charge on her account. It wasn't double charging, but just one on her credit card and the other, the same charge, on her account balance. She hadn't used the card or the account for a long time and there was only the one charge shown for each charity. Much to do about nothing, although she was greatly relieved after over an hour of moody agony .
