A soul touching poem.. I've been down that road too and its really a hard one to walk on. I've often found that with th start of a new day , things don't seem as bad (at least for a while). You have to turn it over to God and let him help. When Joshua was dying , I almost lost my faith . It was a teribble oreal for our precious grandson and us to go through. It can test one to their limits and it did . Reach down deep inside and find that inner strenght to go on...Love,,,M

When you are down in the pits it can be hard to pull yourself back up.
The secret is to remain bubbly and alive with life, for after all we only have a certain allotted time on this planet.
No point in wasting it on counter productive thoughts or feelings
You hit the mark with this one emotionally and psychologically
Wonderful write about the agonies about turmoil disrupting a quiet night's sleep. I dont' know how many times I've had something on my mind only to look at the clock every ten minutes.
