Why? I’m in a slump Deep in the dump. Don’t want to face Not even another day. Tired of the news It keeps bringing us Another day of the blues. I must stay strong In spite of what’s wrong. I’m so tired of it all Need a break Need to take a pause. Words are hard to find In this tired brain of mine. The last MRI proves What I wanted to deny. They found a tumor In his brain, that is Affecting his eyes. I don’t want to accept it Don’t want to move on. God, help me stay strong. God, Why? Give me strength To continue holding him For as long as I can. Help me stay focused Help me understand The reasons for it all He's such a good man. Deborah Ann Tornillo Copyright© 2009

Dear Deborah . I'm crying for you and sending prayers for both of you. Some how you have to find the strength to get through this. I sincerely wish i lived near so i could help you.
