*Drowning* Head above water Struggling, but drowning Every second I try Ray of strenght returns The dam breaks. Tired of trying The shore is too far away Rushing, cold water Continues to overtake The dam is wide open. My thoughts are drenched No words of any kind Water logged brain of mine Drowning and drowning Darkened water, I’m blind. Can’t rise above the water To overwhelmed this time Gasping for air It just keeps getting harder The dam won’t close. God, help me! Deborah Ann Tornillo Copyright© 2009

I know the feeling and can relate to it! I've been there also. Some times we wonder how we'll ever survive it all! We have to keep going forward and remain as strong as we can for our loved one and for our selves. There is a light at the end of that tinnel, and eventually you'll see it! I Know!
