*The Secret* Panic stricken in the dead of night Buried word needing to take flight Safely hidden beneath the blanket of time Ticking away at a child’s mind. Lil child it will be okay Lil child tell your secret today. Hours and minutes appear and fade Time pressures the secret of past Promise of hurt and pain rushing fast Here comes a word, don’t be afraid. Lil child it will be okay Lil child tell your secret today. Your secret is safe within my hands No one will hurt you, please understand Open your heart and sing your song Dance with the stars where you belong.
