Deborah, I can relate to this poem. I have been having a pain in my heel every time I awake from sleeping. I can barely walk. Now my knee is painful also. It goes away in a few minutes, but I give you so much credit for bearing more pain than anyone can really handle. You do know that pain can be a memory. Always try to bring your mind to a time when you had no pain each time you are in pain. This helps, please try it. Mind is a powerful healer.
