breathe Love the ride up Hate the ride down Breathe. open my eyes Climbing higher Feels so, so good. Plummeting down close my eyes breathe. Life, A roller coaster Amusement! as a rollercoaster, it is exactly that.

This analogy of life as a roller coaster is one I have always used to explain the things that happen in life to my children. I am not sure if your sixth verse is referring to a relationship or the death of a loved one but you are so right...the first step is always to catch our breath then move on for who can truly predict the next upward curve of the ride.
