A Broken Wing Naked as the day She was born Sat an angel torn. Caught between The now and thereafter A broken wing. Quivering and bleeding Cut by life’s jagged edge She makes a pledge. Praying to overcome These turbulent waters She’s her mother’s daughter. On this moonlit night Heaven’s light reflects God’s hand protects. Deborah Ann Tornillo Copyright, 2011

Faith will carry this angel and mend the wing that is broken. I so feel these words as my wings have been broken and I didn't want to go on. Wondering why me? Then I realized today that I have the power inside to mend everything. What is not mended by me will be mended by god. God doesn't give us anything we can't handle. That is why the very good ones suffer because with faith they get through all obstacles no matter how difficult they are...To mending broken wings! Love, and peace always! chessly
