Amiss... Drowning in dew drops Rose was amiss Thorns hurting Trying to reminisce. Against the light Her petals of blue Tomorrow’s hope Fertilized by you. Struggling to grow Surrounded by death She needed a kiss Her last breath. Deborah Ann Tornillo Copyright, 2012
