I think working mothers can and will appreciate this writing because it reflects a time in our lives when we miss out on those special moments because we are hard at work.

Wait for me by the steps knowing that I'll be home soon. Turn the porch light on so when I see the light you'll brighten my night and you'll be my sunshine after dark. When I get home, I'll be tired, so greet me with a hello and kiss mommy sweetly because then I know I will hear a voice sounding sweet and mellow, saying I missed you today mommy, and me saying, baby I missed you too.
