WITHOUT FEELINGS OF DEPRIVATION

The key to health and happiness is to live without feelings of deprivation.

So you want to be happy? We were created to be happy. At the root of unhappiness are feelings of deprivation. Most people feel deprived and pay a high price for desiring, craving and engaging in activities that drain them of energy and rob them of time, joy and happiness.
Happy people are without feelings of deprivation.
While all deprivation is not just a matter of feelings, much, maybe, most deprivation is a matter of feelings. More than anything else, feelings determine our behavior and state of, or lack of, well-being. Feelings of deprivation result from wanting and pursuing something considered to be important when there are health-producing alternatives. We choose our feelings.
At the top of this want-pursue list is
wealth (money). This is followed by a "more-and bigger are better complex."
Stress, frustration, guilt, anxiety and lack of meaning are some of the undesirable fruits of the feelings of deprivation.
When (1) what you don't have, (2) what you can give up and (3) what you can refuse, do not bring you discomfort it is safe to say that you are without feelings of deprivation.
From your options choose without feelings of deprivation and live a
simpler, more enjoyable and beautiful life. It will likely be a healthier and longer life. Wow!
