Mercies are blessings that are acts of
divine favor or compassion. A person
is blessed to be a blessing to himself
and to others.
Daily mercies are mine
not because I am unworthy
but because I am worthy.
Would the Creator and Giver
of good gifts give daily
mercies to me if I am unworthy?
No! No! He would not.
He is too wise to blunder or
make a mistake.
In His sight I am worthy and
deserve His daily mercies.
Surely, He who provides for the
sparrow will provide for his child.
This child-Father relationship
assures me that neither unworthiness
or demerit enters into the mind of
God when he chooses to shower me
with daily mercies.
Thank you Father God for your
daily mercies.
