Integrity is the firm adherence to a code of
moral or artisic values - incorruptibility -
being whole and undivided.
It is the umbella which covers or embraces
other elements or factors that constitute
the code of moral or artistic values.
Although there are many elements covered
by integrity, seven of them prominently
highlighted by the lifestyle of a person
are: honesty, punctuality, compassion,
kindness, transparency, courage and
self-appreciation.
When a person's lifestyle embodies these
qualities he has integrity.
Anyone can be or become a person of
integrity if he chooses to make integrity a
practice or lifestyle. This is done by focusing
on or pursuing the afoemetioned seven
elements. In doing this a person becomes
real and authentic.
Repeating the statement below which
contains the letters of integrity will aid
a person in being or becoming a person
of integrity.
