Aesop Finds Love (Again!)

Well, those of you who follow Aesop's escapades know he's had his share of tragedy in the "love" department....he hasn't let that discourage him, however, as you can see from this latest posting......Hope springs eternal, even in the heart of a mouse/gerbil named Aesop!

Aesop the eternal romantic Has found a new romance He’s ready to take the plunge again And do the “marriage dance”. She’s quite a pretty little mouse The softest coat of gray She’s quiet and reserved this one With not too much to say. Her big brown eyes look up at him With pure and utter devotion No wonder he’s so excited now No wonder the commotion! Their wedding will take place next week On a day of their own choosing A quiet ceremony theirs No partying or boozing...... Then off they go on a honeymoon He’ll show off his new bride Aesop and Roberta will hop a train In the “Honeymoon Caboose” they’ll ride. Their chosen destination This time no cabin or house They’re off to Disney World to see Aesop’s idol, Mickey Mouse!!

This is a cute poem, just tell Aesop and Roberta to stay well away from those alligator infested Everglades. Jackie <> <

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!! Aesop is back, and so glad he's found someone new! wonderful news for such an ADORABLE little mouse; i LOVE that scampy little rodent! Aesop and bride are very cute, Pamela. I just hope they stay at Disney's and they don't visit me! I have entirely too many of their cousins already here. LOL

Well! I'm aghast. Aesop has come out of mourning and has found love again. That is so nice. One thing. I do feel a little chill around the heart at the news that there will be NO PARTYING or NO BOOZING at the wedding. My Gawd, has the mousy little thing already taken control of who is and who is not wearing the pants in this family? Oh, the horror. Time will tell.
