BREAK THE BACK OF HOLLYWOOD song lyrics/Words by Joel Sattler

You were a dancer
In 1982
Just another number
Till they discovered you

They made a product
To be bought and sold
How could they know that
You were beyond control

It's time to go
now it's ON WITH THE SHOW!
You've got it all
Got their backs to the wall

But they wouldn't stop you if they could
So break the back of Hollywood
Hollywood!

You Look FatCalgary by RickthePoetWarrior

Using Calgary as a backdrop the author satirizes the self-serving nature of the public as it continues to fatten itself, not only physically, but egotistically as well.

43 Haiku and 4 poems of a Wayward Sailor by Mike Walling

Haiku of a Wayward Sailor” encompasses both haiku and poems. Many of the haiku are based on my experiences at sea.
