I fought the monsters
and I became a monster
I stared at the abyss

walked the asylum
and found that only faith
could be the cure
for my insanity
in church and nation
insanity's the rule
in armies and in congress
parading and in school
the cruelest animal
that you have ever known
is in the mirror
the image is your own
no price can be too high
to pay to be yourself
irrationality
is only what is felt
the visionary
lies only to himself
the liar lies
only to no one else
what does not kill me
only makes me stronger
and in my anger
I find only laughter
many have come before me
many will follow after
I may be a fool
but I have no master
to forget
the dreaming of your goal
is to forget
the meaning of your soul
you need the chaos
that is what you are
to give birth
to a dancing star
what else is love
what can be more than true
that those you love
do other than we do
there's always madness
where there's a place for love
but still a reason
for the true feeling of
beyond good and evil
is the thing that does
do its magic
in the name of love
and what is good
is what makes you strong
and what is bad
it does not belong
what does not kill me
only makes me stronger
and in my anger
I find only laughter
many have come before me
many will follow after
I may be a fool
but I have no master
if God is Dead
then we cannot survive
there's more to life
than just to be alive
and what is holy
is in every step
from the beginning
to the end of death
the greatest secret
and there is nothing stranger
to get the most of life
then lead a life of danger
and if you find the Devil
is but another ranger
then mystery
was born in a manger
what does not destroy me
can only make me stronger
whether my time is short
or it may yet be longer
I am a law
only for my calling
outside my mind
I am no law at all
the world itself
is the will to power
in liberty is
where all freedom flowers
to be all that you
can truly be
is to be
free to be free
what does not kill me
only makes me stronger

That last stanza says it all. We all can be made a fool by someone tied up in the matrix. But if we are truly a fool, we have no master. All those out there tied up to some master should read this and then think about it. Good stuff!
