nestled in Sierra Madre
riding down the PanAm Highway
that's where I want to go
and if I can find her
I'll tell all that I feel
and if I can find her
if she is real
in my mind I see her laughter
rising up the morning after
magic night of the moon
she'll be all I hoped and wished for
I can see her open the door
letting light in the room
and if I can touch her
heart beating like a wheel
if I can touch her
I'll know she's real
there's a treasure in her eyes
somewhere there is sweet surprise
and I hope that it's true
south of Texas searching in her
trying to escape the winter
memory what I knew
