SAD-EYED LADY OF THE STORM song lyrics NERUDA 16 by Joel Sattler [based on the 16th poem of 20 LOVE POEMS by Pablo Neruda] you are as a cloud in my twilight sky and your color and your form are just the way I like you are mine mine mine woman with sweet lips and you live out your life in my dreams infinite o sad-eyed lady do not mourn sad-eyed lady of the storm the lamp that is my soul turns color at your feet the taste of sour wine upon your lips is sweet oh reaper of my sunset song how lonely dreams do feel you're mine you're mine I tell the wind my widowed voice to heel from the bottom of my eyes the slayer doth arise you steal the night your robbery makes waterproof your sight and for the music of my net you are the prey my love and music is itself a net wide open up above my soul is born upon the shore the edge where eyes do weep o sad-eyed lady mourn no more go back to land of sleep o sad-eyed lady do not mourn sad-eyed lady of the storm =============
