My definition

LOVE

 

 

An intangible something that draws us to a member of the opposite sex,

to a puppy, a kitten, a newborn babe.

A powerful motivator that might well cause us to act stupidly,

as in clinging or being jealous, out of a fear of being left alone.

 

A warm feeling of acceptance, even when we are at our lowest ebb.

A return of unconditional acceptance.

A process of forgiving and confession,

of restriction and freedom,

of joy and sadness.

Love – an all encompassing sense of wholeness,

as well as independence.

 

Love is life.
