a tribute to my mother-in-law, who has since passed away.
Modern times have given us a different way of life. Mixed families, for one thing, Potential conflict and strife, I've seen it break down good intentions, and start wars that can't be won. So I'm grateful today to be able to say, at our house it ain't that way. I know you have vulnerabilities that we never see, and how difficult it must have been to carry on lone, with Marka still a teen. I admire your strengths, and pray we'll always be as close as a mother and daughter-in-law can be. Happy Mother's Day 1999
