no happiness now
for those who loved him
no pleasure in his company
no joy in his growth
no delight in his triumphant struggle
towards the light
he denied them that
shutting them out forever
rejecting them forever
pushing them away in death
as he had in life
Most suicide victims only want one thing...peace. They want the pain to go away and think dying will accomplish this. If they only knew it were only the opposite...for their sakes, as well as everyone else who knew them and loved them. This is very simply stated, but very very effective. Michelle
although i agree with JudeAce I know the other side it is a twisted notion of easing the pain that no one else seemed to understand or feel......it isn't as easy as normal people tend to think or believe it is not so much as to die but as to stop the pain A pain it is not wanting to be a burden those who consider/considered it can't see the hurt that it will cause but rather see it as a burden lifted from those they love....they aren't thinking like you and I....THIS IS SAD but more people need to learn about the facts of a person like this it is the only way to help stop this from happening

Been there, came close to suicide, then fortunately or unfortunately depending on the point of view, I returned from the brink and I am as you see me today...this poor young man needed intervention of some sort, wish I was there to help him...Ed

I am afraid, Eileen, that most of them do see what they are doing, and THAT is the reason they are doing it. Some, if not all, of these suicides are the result of something most of us would either call petty or at least annoying, surely nothing to end your life over. But, then, we are a bit more rational and have more of a desire to overcome our obstacles.
oh how dismal and dark is such an act, that deprives oneself of gods grace and leave so many in anguish. If only they could clearly see what they are doing. fine, sad, write Jobn...
