I’m thinking this August day, perhaps because the days soft August require thought. The dog days encourage thought and discourage doing. because its too hot to do and thought doesn’t over heat, usually. Anyway, I was thinking that itt bee eight years iv November since fist I began to post m poems here. after eight yarer I’ve become a better poet thanks to you. I thught on this most thinkable of days, that I would say “Thank You” before I return to non-doing on this perfect august day. Thank You

I've enjoyed your poetry over the years, John, so it is I who says thank you. You always put a lot of thought into your poetry. I have found your poems to be of a validating nature always, and you give meaning to a postcard poet...that is such a good thing because your writing style always sends good...be well and enjoy the last of Dog Days.
