The older one gets somehow we feel our emotions more in different ways then that of our youth. Those rushed feelings of need are tempered in a more realist idea of shared companionship. Where the moments of the heart are days of thoughts. Why is that? do we remember all the nights of confused dreaming and heart brakes along the way and those early sunrises where curling up next to someone we loved meant more than the rush to get out of bed. Age does slow one down but not in compassion or passion we never lose that once we have had it. But what we do is think more about the possibilities of what love brings, we share our hopes and desires in different ways than those of our youth. Nothing is worn on the sleeve of confusion but kelp close to the heart, it what love brings in all its foolish anticipation and bright eye wondering that today will never end but deep down inside we know our dreams and thoughts are different from our youth but silent in our quest to overcome all we have ever known all we want from this life and that is to be happy if only for a moment..
