Is It Destiny?

Was it destinty
That I suffer?
Are you my angel
My savior?
Will you return, to my arms
To whisper
Those beautiful melodies
You left lingering
In the corridors of my sanity?

Will I again taste
The lips
That entrapped, this lonely soul
As I captured every sweet word
Uttered from within
A fragile crystal soul
Will your unbroken heart
Save mine?
Patch it's pieces together
Under the stars
As we whisper to each other
Soft poems and sonnets
Odes and heavenly tales
Of the purist love.

As we listen, to the rhythm
Of memories gone by
Will again, you write?
Golden words, laced with honey
Created within, a beautiful mind
Forget me not, I pray you don't
For in my arms, I crave you
With your lips upon mind.

... When love touches the sleeping heart, it pumps ichor from heavens...

"Is It Destiny" is poemized with caressing of the soul under emotions of life, and poetized with tenderly words.

The answer for the title "Is It Destiny" is:
- No! It is Life!

Oh, can I keep this in my library?
As we listen, to the rhythm
Of memories gone by
Will again, you write?
Golden words, laced with honey
Created within, a beautiful mind
Forget me not, I pray you don't
For in my arms, I crave you
With your lips upon mind. "

I love this....

The Heart's Way by Rebecca McKeehan

Love is universal and not limited to the most perfect among us. In this collection of romantic short stories and poetry, love comes to those who are decidedly imperfect, who possess very real human flaws, scars, and challenges. Awaiting us as we are.
