Freighters starting their journeys
While others pull into port
Ending or starting__ beginning
For others the word is abort.

When travels begin...particular
Then upsets can spurn many dreams
Just when the trunks are baggaged
Incidentals can become too extreme.

Hope and faith, just believing
That everything works out "okay"
Can seem futile to those who are novices
Who place trust in their future this way.

We all seek the best way to travel
While journeys tug us all the while
To step one foot fore the other
Then believe for the best in each mile.

With clinched teeth some neglect the obvious
Then close their eyes to the truth
Continue the journey they started
Until fate comes back home to roost.

Some just don't give into negatives
Then continue on their path
While the travels for others is halted
Stunted then grieved __all too rash.

Nothing is gained from quitting
Prejudging the future in haste
Upsetting the gravel is dangerous
When emotions seem such a waste.

Freighters like dreams are elusive
If desires for mortals are whims
It starts but ends all beginnings
When believing fades out to dim.

Futures are all just a promise
We allow ourselves as a treasure
We can wade through Hell's fire for a purpose
Or stop just because of the weather.
