Love Cheer

Hip, hip hooray,
I hope love touches this day,
drowns out hate in all,
destroys evils beckoning call.
I hope love captures every heart,
before hate tears our world apart.

If we all cheer for love,
maybe our creator will bless us from above.
We all need loves glow,
hip, hip hooray let it snow.
Let the world be covered,
loves joy truly discovered.

So I write this love cheer,
trying to block out hates smear.
Hip, hip hooray,
a cheer for loves joy
instead of hates decay.
Hip, hip hooray,
bring love our way!
