Can't get to perculating, until my blood gets to circulating. In the morning when I wake up, my body feels like it's going to break up. Why is it so hard, to get up and start?
Even after I rise, every move holds a surprise. Aches and pains seem to attack, making it hard to get on track. I usually end up back down, to keep from falling on the ground.
Maybe I need a new pump, to help make it over the hump. My old ticker, needs to operate a little quicker. Sooner or later it gets fast, and I feel good at last.
