A young man tried to tell me age didn't make any difference.
At age 20 you're still figuring the world out. At age 50 you'd better know what it's about. That is if you live that long. If you do, you'll either be weak or strong.
The bottom will abuse you, The top will, amuse you. You won't be amused, on the bottom being abused.
If you don't power up, your mind will sour abrupt. The weaker you get, the more your regret. On the ground you'll lay, untill life sweeps you away.
I agree with Ed: Age has nothing to do with learning. Learning is a lifetime thing, it's not just for the young. At my age, I'm still learning everyday.
Just because there is snow on the roof doesn't mean there is fire in the furnace. Age does not always mean wisdom, for I have learned A LOT from my children.

At 54, I still have a lot of questions, but I certainly have learned how to take what life sends my way, in my stride. I am not sure we ever really understand it all, but I do think that way we handle it becomes more skillful and less stressful.
