Just a poem, not me itching, but I remember times when I was younger that I had a love itch for a certain little girl. Kind of a flash back to younger days poem, and at times now poem. Had to change the title because some seemed to think it was a physical itch.
itch on the back, I can't scratch. dream in the head, I can't catch. love in the heart, with no you, down in the soul, I feel blue. outside I hear the birds sing, in my heart it's like a bee sting. no itch affects me worse, than the miss of you curse. I toss and I turn, the itch moves to burn. it seems I'll need an ointment, maybe you'll aid in anointment. if i could get a rescue, it would cure my deep blue.
hope you feel better soon. i don't have an itch, but i do have a sore back and have a nasty cold. (I threw my back out this morning when i sneezed. *OW* not good!) great write yet again, g; thanks for sharing!
