What would I do,
if love didn't shine through?
What would I say,
if it totally went away?
How would I cope,
without loves hope?


Love I do,
hate I don't,
my heart and soul won't.
If I do,
life would be blue.
Really hard to do,
letting love shine through.


Some do,
let hate color hue.
The shade is blue,
no matter what we do.
If we let love do,
joy shines through,
it's helps us renew.

Hate feeds hate, just as love feeds love.It should be evident to us that love is superior to hate,and much better for us in every way. so why waste our energy hating! Excellent poem G!

I couldn't have said it better myself, Grady. Hate just breeds more negativity and harms only the one who is doing the hating. Excellent poem and message.
