A sunrise never stays, like a sunset it also strays. Inbetween coming and going, some words go with the wind blowing. Yesterdays poetic creation, moves to a past location.
Poems written last year, take their position in my minds rear. I can't remember poems of a year back, why I wrote them never leaves my mind track. With a goal of love and peace in mind, most of my poems are of this kind.
Some poems in the head go away, but the goal continues its play. Love and peace seems like a fantasy, since life has so much agony. Still it's worth the effort, trying to reach a zone of comfort.
Practicing what I preach, becomes an image in my reach. People usually make and break, but a good goal is never a fake. Every year I slice a birthday cake, each day I wish for peace and love to take.
Some of my poems I also forget...and sometimes think at mysel..did I write this...it looks like mine but something is missing...now I print them out and make myself back-up files and when I really am lost for words I go scratch them out and repost them...and sometimes make a slip with the wrong ones not written by me...oh boy then the paw-paw strikes the fan and I get shit from every one....
