Make someone happy,
and make it snappy.
The little child inside,
would like a joy ride.
The adult within would
also like to confide.

Can't make another happy,
feeling all crappy.
From the inside out,
joy will travel its route.
When another face smiles,
everyones joy styles.

Happiness doesn't sublime,
it's earned through time.
Then again who knows,
which way the wind blows?
Do we pop out happy,
or enter the world crappy?

Happiness comes and goes,
no ones joy forever flows.
Right now I'm feeling ok,
it might change during the day.
I'd like to hold on to
this good feeling.
But it will take some dealing.
