I fell through the ice,
along came my nice,
so goes my sacrifice.
I made none,
for now love is done.
Everywhere I go,
people want to know,
why I'm so upbeat,
they don't know
my joy isn't complete.
I kiss up at home,
I kiss up to my neighbors,
I kiss up at work,
I kiss up on the den.
I laugh and smile like a fool,
even though
my monster has a drool.
My lips are so sore,
the trauma hits my core.
It's kiss up,
or I'll get really mean and corrupt.
Some people are a pain,
they shower down acid rain.
What's my next step?
My cool will be kept.
I'd rather kiss up outside,
than kiss up inside.
Nothing in jail,
but the devils own hell.
