Fractions! Tired of parts, my soul wishes for whole hearts.
I'm tired of fractions, along with unauthorized subtractions. A father, who never did bother. A family seperated, hardly nothing being negotiated. This life I've been kissing, still a lot from it has been missing.
I end up giving whole heart, love being returned in part. Life seems to be a fraction deal, then the devil continues to steal. Some peoples minds seem to be gone, don't come out of your pocket with a lone. You'll be lucky to get a fraction back, some even try to go on the attack.
Even too myself I owe more, yet I continue to let parts come through the door. The only thing I do complete, is finish the pizza I eat. If this world was based on food, guess I'd have a better mood.
If you tend to believe romantic, passionate, masculine poetry is a thing of past eras, read "She Intrigues Me," and be swept away in the beautiful craft of a contemporary poet of love.
