I heard a preacher say, "something in our past is stalking all of us."
Footsteps in the dark, noisy sounds in the park. Nightmare dreams sleeping, big red eyes peeping. In the brain blast, something stalking from the past.
Something is surely chasing, whether or not we want to be facing. Sooner or later it might catch up, either thrill or make us corrupt. We should know our joys, as well as our sorrow, hopefully we can survive tomorrow.
The past has a way of stripping, especially if we were to far out tripping. Most that get hooked on alcohol and dope, might end up needing the Pope. Either way living, somethings are just not forgiving.
Some are lucky to survive positively or to survive at all.
Our past will catch up with us, but thank God for forgiveness...when we truly give our hearts to the Lord, he casts our sins as far as the east to the west...however, that old enemy will sneak around and use our past to create and stir up thoughts within our mind...creating trials and troubles, for that is his tricks to keep our minds tormented with the past so we will not put our eyes on our future...great write my friend, very inspiring.
