The perfect man realizes there is
no such thing as perfection,
then moves to make up for
the correction.
The perfect man,
also has an A, B and C plan.
A being the number one uno,
B following up as the next to know.
C being the last leg,
placing him in the position to beg.

I went through A,B and C,
had to get myself back together
before the count of one, two, three.
The count past me running,
being a failure knock me stunning.
I found myself down at the count of ten,
lost in space still trying to win.

I faced the drummer,
some of the things I was doing
couldn't have been dumber.
Alcohol was about the worse,
the other stupidity added to the curse.
They say you can't keep
a good man down,
maybe this is why I'm still around.
Still around far from perfection,
surviving through my love connection.
