All day I was feeling ok, now I'm in pain. I feel better out working, come home to relax everything starts to pain me. Sometime I can hardly sleep.

Bad things can make us sad,
get us all mad,
especially after we been had.
Good things can make us feel good,
put us in a joyous mood.

The minimum results,
can cause personal pain and insults.
The maximum may endanger our health,
maybe even cause death.
We all should have a good parachute,
especially when things become destitute.
Even with a good chute,
we can still get the boot,
either we do or don't give a hoot.

Twenty-four seven,
we could end up in hell or heaven.
Life has no guarantee,
nothing in this world comes free.
Don't waste the next minute,
another second,
you might not be in it.
