Ain't a man that can't be throwed, and a horse that can't be rode.

The horse bucked on away,
on the ground the saddle lay.
I just sit down on it,
glad I had sense enough to quit.
When it was on the horse,
I got throwed by no choice.

I'm not one to just quit,
right now I'm just glad
I still have a butt to sit.
Ain't no man that can't be throwed,
or a horse that can't be rode.
I got throwed,
now I need some stitches sewed.

I'll rest up for awhile,
try to have a little fun and smile.
Then I'll find that crazy horse out in the field,
again try to make him yeild.
I know the outcome before I even begin,
but this is the only way I know how to win.

great metaphoric write--love it--i guess being raised around horses i learned early that you brush your self off, lick your wounds then carry on!

They are around (the stubborn who ONLY listen to themselves) and THAT's THE WAY IT SHOULD BE, AS YOU GET BACK ON! Ahhh.... ;)
Try sweet talking him, and next time (Bring him a sweet carrot Sweetie) Walk up to him positive and head held high, and say "WE are going to be friends" and he'll pick right up on it! STay STrong!
