Everyone has a past, even father time.

For what it's worth,
we came through birth.
Then from hundreds of mistakes,
maybe God given breaks.
We came from the past,
hoping our future will last,
and that our lives will be a blast.

Some places we never want to return,
even though we did not properly learn.
Then there's the follow,
negative things that make us feel hollow,
followed us to our future destination,
then almost caused out present elimination.

Things like hate,
and refusing to lovingly relate,
at one point may end up being our fate.
We're all being follow by something,
which maybe fear equaling nothing.
Where we came from makes us
the person we are,
whether we're a nobody or a star.

yes sir--a poignant write-where we came from makes us the person we are--some fight to change that scenario as often where we came from is not where we want to end up

Excellent! My favorite line, "We're all being follow by something,
which maybe fear equaling nothing." Good write.
