A good anything
is better than a bad nothing.
We all desire something,
we would like it to be good,
even another persons mood.
But we've got to stay in touch,
we can't expect too much.

Then again we can,
that is if we have a great plan,
involve another it might slip out of hand,
end up blowing sand.
A woman wants a good husband,
a man wants a good wife,
human beings want a great life.
But many of us end up with crap,
even a nightmarish nap,
or some fool we want to slap,
after they try to zap.

I try to stay in touch,
it's best not to expect too much.
Other than a hard time
or person against person crime.
We can expect death for sure,
however the rest isn't sure
we can't even expect a good cure.
