A loving person sets a great example.
You've been hurt yet love still flirt You've been burned recouped from lessons learned Heart still beats like butter churned You love anyway your love helps my day even when love wants to stray I decline to let it walk away My love walks and it talks I walk with it refuse to let it run when it says it's done I figure your example Try to keep my love ample OnepoetGem

Like the old saying goes,it doesn't matter how many times you get knocked back down,its how many times you get back up.Love can be very hurtfully,but life goes on and there is always someone out there who will love us for who we are unconditionally.Its always good to learn from someone who has experience the tough and painful times of love so that they can help themselves out and be able to grow.Very good poem,take care

Sure, we get hurt by the one we love, but "love covers a multitude of sins" and we forgive and go on loving. Nice thoughts!
