The underdog that no one knows
his verse very seldom shows
Yet he writes anyway
each and everyday
He does it for fun and dare
whether anyone reads it
he don't really care
He doesn't really see himself
as a poet
Poet is just a definition
in the dictionary edition
He sees himself as a human being
just wanting to write something
You know
express himself in short lingo
with small verse doing the tango
So he found a poetic site
did his thing wrong or right
hung in there with the fright
didn't run from a fight
Eventually he will adopt
maybe get with the poetic opt
But for now he just enjoys
playing with words like little boys
