There we sit in our
own heads as spectator
at times being negotiator
and try very hard to
be the regulator
The brain dictates everything
determines rich man
poor man and king

And do try to defy it
especially when it comes
to diet
If we don't figure the head
no telling what we'll be fed
Our own worst enemies
live right in our head
and they'll visit at night
while we're sleeping in bed
