This world will never heal, especially with so much sin to appeal, many like to steal. Some even kill just for the thrill.
To the creator
I bow and neal
but it seems this world
will never heal
No matter how much
we pray and appeal
The devil will
always try to steal
We wish he would chill
but he thrives on our ill
even if we pop a pill
The only plus is
we were made to heal
Day after day
I'm less confused
I know sooner or later
we will be abused
Like a bar of soap
worn and used
We'll be lucky if
we're ever amused
But I look to the light
of the pleasing rain
I face the rising sun
and keep myself sane
Even when I'm in pain
It may seem in vain
but I grab my umbrella
for the teasing rain
knowing that each and
everyday I have to abstain
and that there's very little
to gain
