(Silence is golden sometimes, escaping the stress is no crime!)
Where are you going Morrison without me my wife will say at times
I then would tell her, "I'm going somewhere I can't even hear the wind chimes
Somewhere I can just sit back and don't think about anything particular, a real quiet place out from the rest of the human race, where there's nothing to touch my grace, nothing for my mind to think about and trace
Ever heard of going numb, making the mind succumb to exactly nothing in your environment, not even sexual excitement, just clearing the head to overcome dread, I mean just existing mentally in no place
Check the stats, we take the weekends off, we go on vacation, take breaks, in other words we do all these things to get away from the stress of the day, the hard stuggle of vicious play, the job, boy friend Bob, girl friends sob, the crooks rob, oh sure sooner or later we'll have to come about face
Well the mind needs a vacation also, somewhere to just clear, grow and then get in shape for the next work flow
For Real, bet that, I'm going for the stretch, no burnout her to fetch
Take a break for goodness sake, for yourself, your health, your wealth, to extend your life, aid in personal strife, it don't cost nothing but common sense to do it and that is legit

P.S. I think you meant "Quiet Moment", not "Quite Moment."
That is why I have "Nameless" with me on the beach in my dreamworld. It's good to have someone whom you can trust completely and be completely comfortable with.
Each person is but a grain of sand resting beside the sea. This thought sets the tone for Jill Eisnaugle’s latest poetry collection, Beside Still Waters.
