Body weight bounding
Still surrounding
Our soul
Keeping it on hold
Down on the earth pad
Should we be glad
Should we be sad
Like a prisoner in a cell
We're bound to this earth hell
The ball and chain
All the suffering and pain
The hate
Lifes surprising fate
Don't know
Want know
When our time to go
Comes
Consumes
Entombs
Our earthly shell
Delivering it to heaven or hell
Where you want to go
Do you want to grow
Or regress
To be less
While you're in your body dress
While your soul smiles
Preparing for the miles
The trip
On your final blip
A stroke
A knife poke
Shot by a gun
Burned by the sun
Body on the run
Needing a break
For God's sake
Release me from the pain
Give me a comforting rain
Release my soul
To fly away from this freaking hole
Give me my new beginning
So I can be grinning
Smiling
Styling
About my new plight
Giving me a new light
A new soul fight
I fear no evil
So get back devil
My final soul release
Will be in peace
My soul will fly away
Some nice day
To begin its new play

This part really stood out:
"...Do you want to grow
Or regress
To be less..." Words to live by.
Chrissie
